Acceptable formats: .ai, .esp

Vector objects are your best bet for small, easy to transfer files and a sharp final output because
they scale seamlessly. If submitting vector files, please be sure you have converted all fonts to
outlines or curves. Vector files can be submitted at any size proportionate to the product size
ordered.

VECTOR FILES

Acceptable formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png, .psd

Enlarged images may become blurry. High resolution files are recommended for large prints. Please
follow the guidelines below:

100% scale (full size output) at 100 dpi
50% scale at 200 dpi or higher
25% scale at 300 dpi or higher
10% scale at 600-1200 dpi recommended

Please note that when you are working with large dimensions, bitmapped images are going to be
enormous (at least 300+ MB) and very difficult for your computer to handle. Saving those files can
take several minutes as well.

SIZE TIP

Image size should not exceed 195″. Please make appropriate modifications to meet your desired size

PRINTING PROCESS

All products are printed in CMYK. If files are submitted in RGB, color shifting will take place. If a
specific PMS color is needed, please let us know when you submit your design files. We will do our best to meet that specified color.

INDICATE DESIRED SIDES SIDES THROUGH OUR ONLINE DESIGN TOOL

If you are sending files for one or more design sides (front, back, left, right), please be sure to add the text “file attachment” on each desired design side using this tool to calculate the correct price
for your order. Any additional file attachments without the text stating “file attachment” on the tool will be ignored.
